- what is your biggest challenge doing this process?
- being tricked by the illusion of separateness and, in my mind, pushing others out from my own identity and making them this "other", this separate from myself, so that I no longer love them the way I love myself.
- what helped you a lot during your process?
- My parents did, they are very loving people. also random people along the way, from all areas. as well as more consistent friends.
- How long have you been doing this process of self-forgiveness and breath awareness?
- umm....it has become real over the past two months again after a dry spell of several years after several glimpses along the way
- What support do you need?
- just good friends, and people to listen to and to explore the depths of this idea and of this love with
